Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details and any delivery instructions are correct at the time of ordering.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. While we always endeavour to create arrangements as pictured, certain flowers, colours, containers or gift items may occasionally be unavailable.

Where necessary, Riverport Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers or products with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette and quality of the original design.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is placed is the price you will be charged.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our Shopify store using trusted payment providers.

Riverport Florist does not store your complete credit or debit card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the requested timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, regional events or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Where appropriate, our drivers may leave an order in a safe location if nobody is available to receive it.
