Shipping & Delivery

Monday to Friday Deliveries

We offer same-day delivery on all orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 2:00pm will be delivered on the next business day, or on your preferred delivery date selected during checkout.

If you have a specific delivery time in mind, please give our friendly team a call on (03) 5482 2615. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday deliveries are made between 10:30am and 4:00pm.

If you require delivery at a particular time, please contact us on (03) 5482 2615 before placing your order. Additional delivery fees may apply for timed deliveries.

Sunday & Public Holiday Deliveries

We do not generally offer Sunday deliveries. The only exception is when Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day falls on a Sunday, when deliveries will be available.

Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays.

Order & Delivery Details

To help ensure your order is delivered smoothly, please check that all sender and recipient details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

The shipping details should contain the name and address of the person receiving the flowers, while the billing details should be those of the person placing and paying for the order.

Riverport Florist cannot accept responsibility for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of ordering. If a re-delivery is required due to incorrect details, additional delivery charges may apply. We will contact you before arranging any re-delivery.
